Hotel Raphkhang General Terms & Conditions & Payments
01. Check-in Time: From 1:00 PM & Check-out Time : 11:00 AM. Early Check Ins Are Subject To Availability & Prior Information Or Notification Is Needed Before Atleast 72 Hours Of Commencement Of Stay. Early Check Ins Are Not Guaranteed By Hotel.
02. Guests arriving before check-in time may store luggage at reception, subject to availability. The Floor, Final Rooms & Other Availabilities Shall Be Shared With Guest Only After The Succesful Check-In At Hotel Raphkang Premises.
03. Any Firearms, Explosives, Sharp Harmful Ojects, Broken Glass, Etc. Shall Be Prohibited At Hotel. Outside Foods & Drinks Are Not Allowed Inside The Premises. Carrying Prohibited Items Inside The Hotel Can Be Considered As A Punishable Offence & Legal Procedure.
04. A 100% Payment Or The Amount As Billed For Your Stay As Per The Invoice & Booking Id Must Be Cleared At Reception On The Day & At Time Of Check In. Hotel Raphkhang Accepts All Types Of Payment Methods At The Reception. This Invoice Shall Be Treated As A Valid Proof Of Document Through The Stay (Both Digital & Physical Copy). Extra Billable Amount Shall Be Cleared In Full At Hotel As Per The Hotel Norms Before Check Out.
05. In Case Of 1 Or More Than 1 Guest(s) Staying At Hotel Raphkhang, Valid Copy Of Identity Proof Must Be Required To Check-In At Hotel. (Voter Card, Adhaar Card, Driving License, Passport Book, Any Other Similar Authorized Identity Proof) Shall Be Considered As A Valid Identity Proof At Check-In.
06. The Hotel Authorities Reserves Every Rights To Dismiss Or Cancel A Booking Under A Force Majeure Clause Which Is A Contract Provision That Suspends Or Entirely Excuses A Party’s Obligations When An Unforeseeable, Unavoidable Catastrophic Event Such As A Natural Disaster, War, Or Government Action—makes Fulfilling The Contract Temporarily Or Permanently Impossible.

Hotel Raphkhang Cancellations & Refund Policies
01. This Invoice Shall Be Treated As A Proof Of Payment & Transaction From The Guest & Hotel End Where 35%-50% Advance Amount Shall Be Payable To Confirm The Booking. To Cancel The Booking, Please Call +91 89449 99652 At The Hotel Reception Before Atleast 72 Hours Of Commencement Of The Stay & Check In Date & Time, Mentioning The Reason Of Cancellation.
02. No Cancellations Will Be Entertained During The Tenure Of The Stay Confirmed & Hence The Hotel Authorities Shall Not Be Held Liable For Refund Of Any Amount If Guest Cancels The Booking During The Tenure Of The Stay.
03. The Hotel Authorities Shall Consider & Confirm A Booking As Cancelled Only If Request Is Raised Before 72 Hours Of Check In Date & Time. A 100% Refund Of Advance Amount Will Be Refunded In Such Scenario Exclusive Of Applicable GST & Handling Charges.
04. If Guest Cancels Anytime After The Above Mentioned Time Limit, The Hotel Authorities Reserve Rights To Forfeit The Advance Paid Amount Which Shall Not be Valid To Be Claimed Within Or After 72 Hours Of Check In Is Passed By.
05. Hotel Raphkhang Reserves Rights To Non-Refund Of Amount If Client Cancels The Stay After Reaching Hotel. No Show Of Guest Shall Be Considered As The Stay Being Cancelled & The Advance Amount Will Be Forfeited. Breach In Any Terms & Conditions Or Damage To Hotel Property Shall be Liable For penalties Applicable By Hotel.
06. Cancellations Made Before 72 Hours - 100% Refund | Cancellations Made After 72 Hours Till Check In Date - No Refund Applicable | Cancellations Made On The Day of Check In Or During The Stay - No Refund Shall Be Applicable.
07. The 100% Billed Payment Shall Be Cleared At The Time Of Check In After Adjusting And Deductions Done From The Advance Paid Amount | Extra Items Billed At Hotel Must Be Cleared At The Time Of Check Out Failing Strict Actions May Be Taken.
08. During The Tenure Of The Stay, If Guest(s) Cancels Or Charges Back For Refund Without Any Prior Notice Or Notifications, The Hotel Authorities Must Not Be Held Liable Or Responsible To Refund The Amount / Advance / Per Day Rate Amount & Has Authorities To Dismiss The Booking On Spot Leading To Non Refund Of Any Amount Back.
